THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!
. . . to ALL our many Volunteers and Patron Saints who helped with The Great Pumpkin Fest. This annual community event for the children of the church and our neighborhood would not be possible without your participation. A good time was had by all, adults and children alike!

Thanksgiving Eve Service
Join us Wednesday, November 27th, at 7:00 p.m., as we meet together to offer thanks and celebrate communion as a church family. An offering for Convoy of Hope will be received that evening, but you may give toward it any time this month. Just mark your giving envelope “Thanksgiving”. You can also give online by choosing “Thanksgiving Offering” on our drop-down menu. Plan to bring the entire family to the service. Nursery care will be provided through 3 years of age. All other children will join us in the sanctuary where Pastor Lynn will have a special kid talk. There is a sign up for the Nursery at the Information Counter.

New Adult Sunday School Class
Sunday, October 27th at 9:30 a.m. we will begin a new adult Sunday School class by Rick Warren titled, “The Miracle of Mercy”. Did you know that mercy is God’s number one characteristic in the Bible? The world portrays God as a God of anger and judgment. But God shows himself first and foremost as a God of mercy. If mercy is God’s number one characteristic that he reveals to us in the Bible – if that is the most important thing he wants us to know about him – then it must be the most important thing for us to learn about him. And it must be the most important character trait that God wants to develop in us. We hope you will join us for the next 6 weeks as we discover what mercy really looks like.
