Annual Business Meeting Next Sunday, March 26th, after Bunch for Lunch
If you are a formal member of Valley Community Church, please plan to attend the business meeting next Sunday, March 26th, following our Bunch for Lunch, as your presence is needed to establish the necessary quorum required to hold the meeting. Childcare will be provided (infant through elementary age) during the meeting, if you sign up at the Information Counter by March 19th.

Bunch For Lunch Next Sunday, March 26th, after service

The theme is Italian food. The church will provide BREAD and DESSERT, but we need you to bring MAIN DISHES and SALADS. Please sign up at the Information Counter.

 

If you would like to volunteer to serve at the Information Counter, please check the sign-up list on the counter. We still have some empty dates for 2017. Look for highlighted dates and write your name if the date is not already taken. Thank you so much for your help!

 

Ladies’ Retreat Payments . . . may be made online on our website at vccweb.org or at the Information Counter in the lobby. Retreat balances are due by Sunday, April 9th.

 

Baptism Class . . . If you haven’t been baptized in water and would like to be, please sign up at the Information Counter. There will be a brief class on Sunday, April 2nd following service in the Conference Room (102). The baptism service will be on Easter Sunday, April 16th.

Children’s Baptism Class . . . If you have a child who is interested in being baptized and is 8 years of age or older, please sign up at the Information Counter. Pastor Lynn will have a baptism class on Sunday, April 2nd at 9:30 a.m. in Room 209. The baptism service will be on Easter Sunday, April 16th.

Membership Class . . . If you have attended VCC approximately six months and are interested in becoming a formal member, please pick up a packet at the Information Counter and sign up for the 30-minute required class, to be held after service on Sunday, April 9th in the Conference Room (102). If you need childcare, be sure to mark the sign-up sheet and list their ages. New members will be received on Sunday, April 23rd.
